product care
Your piece is porcelain and gold, which means it's tough where it counts and but also delicate if not cared for — just like you.
Keep it dry and away from perfume or lotion. Porcelain can chip if dropped or struck — handle with the kind of care you'd want someone to extend to you on a hard day. Don't wear it in the shower, the pool, or the gym. Take it off before you do the dishes or the fighting.

Because it's made by hand. Every piece is painted individually, fired in a kiln, and finished by a human being. Slight variations in color, lettering weight, and glaze finish are part of what makes yours yours. If your screen renders colors differently, that's also normal. What you're getting is better than a photograph — it's the real thing.
-
Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion, and chemicals. Remove it before swimming, showering, exercising, or doing the dishes. Store it in the box it came in, away from other jewelry that could scratch it. Porcelain chips if dropped on a hard surface — treat it gently. Gold-filled findings stay beautiful as long as you keep them dry. Full care guide is above.

No. That mark is where the kiln wire touched the glaze during firing — every piece has to be hung individually in the kiln, and the wire leaves a trace. It's not a flaw. It's evidence that it was made by hand.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
-
Everything is made to order, by hand. Please allow the production time listed on each product page. We know you want it immediately — so do we — but good things take time and kilns have their own schedules.
-
Yes. International orders are subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country — those are on you, not us. We're also not responsible for customs delays, which can be significant depending on where you live. Factor that in before ordering.
-
Yes. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. After that, the package is in the carrier's hands and we're rooting for it as hard as you are.
-
Check with neighbors, your building manager, and your local post office first. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before they arrive or leave them in unexpected spots. If you've done all of that and it's genuinely missing, contact us and we'll help you figure out next steps.
-
Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, no returns will be accepted.
Please carefully look at the photos before purchasing. Also, all rings have a small brown/black marking on the inside from where they are hung in the kiln. This is not an imperfection but a mark of a true handmade piece! It will be noticeable when wearing.
Pop over to the Term and Conditions page for more details.

In the unlikely event your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We'll review it and do right by you if the damage is transit-related. After 48 hours we're unable to process damage claims.
-
Unfortunately no. Production begins quickly once an order is placed and we can't reverse the process once the clay is in motion. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
